The Toyota Order Picker easily maneuvers narrow aisles in warehouses during case picking, thanks to optional wire guidance and double rail guidance systems. You’ll also drive to optimal efficiency with optional Lift Logic technology that continuously monitors lift height, allowing for optimized travel speed at various heights while still maintaining safe operation.

• Toyota’s Order Picker comes with fully variable lift/lower controls, hydraulic mast lowering deceleration, automatic return to drive tire at startup, and regenerative braking. This product comes with optional flip-up side gates and an integrated deadman pedal that allows for travel and lift control.

• Safety features on the Toyota Order Picker include a full body harness and energy-absorbing tether, which allows the operator to easily pick products while remaining close to the forklift. This forklift also includes a wire mesh mast guard and an automatic locking pallet clamp for added protection and operator handling versatility. Electronic disc brakes are also included, which seals out debris, keeps breaks running cool, and reduces wear for increased uptime and a longer lifespan.

This product comes equipped with a no-tools-required lightweight and impact-resistant cover for ease of removal and added durability. In emergencies, the easily removable cover grants quick access to the emergency lowering valve and other key components, even in narrow aisles. For routine maintenance and repairs, all components are easily accessible within the compartment, including the drive tire, hydraulic filter, and fuse box.
