Forklift Ergonomics for Operators

• Toyota's IC Large Cushion Forklift comes with improved ergonomics, including load-sensing power steering, 11.8-inch steering wheel, in-dash courtesy tray and an oversized cup holder. This forklift also has a dash-mounted instrument display, low and wide entry steps, and a 4-way adjustable full-suspension vinyl seat, so operators feel comfortable and competent when performing their daily tasks.

• Forward, up, back. Operators will appreciate the clear, open sight lines of Toyota's large IC cushion. The mast hose is hidden, the top skid bars are oriented for maximum visibility, and the mast crossmember does not block the view of the fork tips. The LPG tank holder also maintains a low profile. Even the sloping dashboard and slimmer steering wheel and column lend a hand. Visibility plays a major role in performance and productivity, and the large IC cushion delivers on it.

Specialized Power Players

• Two special editions for the Large IC Cushion models are designed to cope with demanding applications. The Boxcar Special incorporates a more compact cast iron counterweight to navigate tight car spaces while maintaining high lift capacity. The special paper roll is equipped as standard with a heavier and more compact counterweight, as well as optimal hydraulic flow and pressure settings, allowing the forklift to manoeuvre heavy paper rolls.
