Toyota’s Key Cart Automated Guided Vehicle (AGV) is an entry-level unit, offering a simple automated solution for a variety of tasks at a budget-friendly price point. Utilizing Microsoft® Excel for route programming and fleet management provides a user-friendly AGV solution with seamless deployment. With two form factors available, a towing and direct load unit and a tow-only unit, users can select the most suitable option based on individual work environments, enhancing adaptability and efficiency in task execution.

Maintenance-Free Design

• Utilizing a brushless motor paired with a chainless transmission mechanism, the Key Cart AGV eliminates the need for traditional drivetrain maintenance such as lubrication, adjustment, or replacement once it is deployed into the field. Additionally, the unit’s simple design structure allows users to easily customize attachments specifically for their application, enabling seamless integration into various working environments.

Flexible Productivity

• The Key Cart offers ease of deployment and flexibility in route setup and modification. With the capability to program up to 30 unique tasks, operators can execute individual tasks by selecting them on the touch panel and initiating the program. Additionally, task creation is simplified as users can create a table in Excel and upload it to the Key Cart, enhancing efficiency and flexibility in task management. By placing magnetic tape and adjusting the Excel file, users can easily create and customize routes to suit their specific needs.
