The model 90XP is a compact, easy-to-tow nine inch capacity disc-style chipper. A 9 x 17 inch chipper opening allows the Model 90XP to process multiple stems as well as large diameter pieces up to nine inches. This unit has been very popular among tree services, utility line contractors, and municipalities because of its maneuverability and low operating costs. The Model 90XP features a wide array of engine options ranging from 48.1 to 89 horsepower.
The 90XP is built tough like our popular 12 inch capacity chippers. This unit comes equipped with the same powerful dual feed system found on the 150XP and 200XP. This feed system has the power to pull and compress whole trees into the chipper. It features (2) 7-1/2 inch diameter feed wheels powered by two 15.5 CID hydraulic motors. A 30 inch deep x 35 inch folding infeed pan is standard and provides plenty of room for collapsing limby material.
The 90XP rides on a single 7,000 pound EZ lube Torflex axle, along with (2) 245/75R 16 inch tires. A 24-1/2 gallon fuel tank provides for more than a days worth of fuel.
A wide array of options are available for the 90XP that include: reversing auto feed, hydraulic lift cylinder, hydraulic winch, wider infeed tray options, and much more! The 90XP can also be equipped with a Caterpillar 303CR rubber track undercarriage allowing you to take the chipper to the trees. This feature will eliminate the need to forward material to the chipper. All chipper and track functions are controlled vis a radio remote control.
